10. Have a partner- dont go at this alone, have a support buddie
9. Excersize really does help, and trust me I HATE excersize, but I found someone who motivates me to do it and it gets done (you know who you are...)
8. Weigh yourself weekly
7. Dont throw away ALL your baggy clothes at once- theyre still comfy!
6. Eat Lots of Protien
5. Before you automatically dive in for food, ask yourself why your hungry
4. Take pictures at each milestone-its a nice visual
3. Track EVERYTHING you eat
2. Dont cheat yourself- if you indulge write it down/count it and move on
1. TREAT YOURSELF- once a week do something you enjoy doing, if you like to eat then eat your favorite meal...Meal meaning ONE breakfast or ONE lunch or...well you get it.
