IMM BACK

Hey everyone!
Sorry It has been an eternity since my last blog but school and midterms and READING WEEK <3.>

This month is a CRAZY one, I have so much school assignments due and then BANG finals. Ugh! talk about stress. I am finding myself snacking more often then I used to- and am trying to find a substitute for the snacking. I did however finally manage to track down the No Pudge Fudge Brownies from Petes Fruitique down home, and can i just say they are AH MAZING!
I absolutely loved them. takes away your craving for sure. I made them in muffin tins so that they are personal sized and two points each! I highly recommend them.

Last week I tried out water aerobics and I must be honest I thought they were going to be for old women, but I loved them! so much fun! and you really are sore the next morning, it is low impact so it is great for my joints (I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and I didn't feel tired once!

I must head to bed but I just wanted to update this since I made a vow to do so!

Week 34!

WOO! another loss :) 2.6 lbs this week, brings me to a total of 54.4 lbs in 34 weeks. 34 weeks seems like a really long time but honestly it flew by! My weight watchers meeting leader is Maggie- what a character! she is actually so funny and makes us motivated overtime we leave the room. Although I miss my leader from back in Halifax-Fiona. Maggie makes a great replacement!
So looking ahead- let me tell you how terrified I am of Valentines day. Im going out to dinner and I don't know what in the world im going to eat. Im one of those people who need to be in control of everything, and not knowing how many 'points' are in a certain food- nearly kills me.
